Aviation Hangars · Commercial Floor Coatings
A hangar floor has to take aircraft tires, tugs and fuel spills, and show every dropped bolt. We coat hangar slabs with our own crews, planned around your aircraft.
Insurance for the work on your commercial site.
Our small in-house team handles prep and installation.
A floor system chosen around your building and operations.

The floor at work
A hangar slab takes point loads from tires and jacks, tug traffic, and spills of fuel, oil and hydraulic fluid. Bare concrete absorbs those spills and sheds dust onto aircraft and tools. A dark, stained floor also hides dropped hardware. Every fuel stain and dusty week makes the eventual prep harder.
The complete system
We assess the concrete, daily traffic and cleaning needs before recommending the floor system. Our own crews prepare and install the floor to the agreed scope.
We measure and note parking spots, tug routes, drains, door tracks and stained areas, then ask which fluids are used and spilled.
Fuel and oil are addressed before coating. Cracks and spalled joints are repaired, including along the door track.
The install is scheduled when aircraft can move. Your written plan sets out return-to-service requirements.
