A small in-house team handles the job from the first grinder pass to the final sweep.
Dallas-area homeowners trust our Garland team with the floors they use every day.

Is it time?
Bare concrete keeps whatever lands on it. An oil drip, a rust ring from a paint can, road grime off the tires: it all goes into the pores of the slab and stays. Hairline cracks open up, the surface starts to dust, and the garage becomes the one room in the house that never got finished. None of this is an emergency, but it gets harder to fix as stains set deeper and an older failed coating has to come off before anything new will bond. Roll-on kits often go over concrete that has not been diamond ground, which is a common reason they lift.
The complete system
A garage floor coating from Classic is a three-layer system: a polyurea base coat, a full broadcast of color flake, and a clear polyaspartic topcoat. Our crews have spent nearly a decade installing this system around Dallas, and every install starts with a diamond grinder. Most of the work happens in one day, handled by one small in-house team we trained ourselves.
The crew grinds the whole floor with diamond tooling so the base coat can grip the concrete instead of sitting on top of it. Cracks, holes and stains are dealt with during prep as part of the job, not billed as a separate repair.
The base is a high-solids polyurea. North Texas slabs move as they heat and cool, and a flexible base moves with the concrete instead of letting go of it.
While the base is wet, the crew broadcasts color flake across the whole floor. Nick brings samples to your quote visit so you choose under your own garage lights. The flake also hides minor slab imperfections and adds texture underfoot.
The clear topcoat locks the flake in and takes the daily wear. It resists hot tires and chemical spills, does not fade or yellow in afternoon sun, and lets oil and road grime wipe off instead of soaking in.
The crew cleans up before leaving. After that, walk on it at 12 hours, move heavy items back at 24, and park at 48.
Residential garage floors carry our 15-year written warranty. If something looks wrong in year three or year twelve, call the office in Garland and we will come look at it. The company has been here since 2018 and plans to answer that call.
Our customers
“The crew came out and did the garage floor of my new house and it looks stunning. Very professional, and straight forward pricing. Nick and his crew were awesome and I really appreciate the hard work and excellent results.”
Capo
“Everything looks fantastic, the installers were super professional and nice guys to boot. Tried epoxy first and it peeled and faded after a few years. This is a way better product and Classic knows what they are doing.”
Tom C.
“We used the Classic White color. I'd recommend Classic to anyone looking to re-do their garage floor.”
John S.
“Great service from start to finish. Jeff explained all my options and how the entire process would work, and the install from Edgar and Gerry was top notch. I'm so happy with our garage and patio on our new house.”

Why trust DFW Classic
Peeling usually starts at the tires, where the coating never had a real grip. We diamond grind every garage before coating.
Flake that looks right in a brochure can read darker under garage LEDs. Nick brings samples to your garage, so the color you pick is the color you see.
Ours is a one-day install. You walk on it that night and park on it after 48 hours.
Grinding, crack work, base coat, flake and topcoat are all in the number Nick writes down. You decide after he leaves.
The polyaspartic topcoat is UV stable, so the floor by the door stays the same color as the floor by the wall.
Fast and easy
Either Nick or Jeff calls the day before to confirm, then measures the garage, checks the slab, lays out flake samples and writes the quote.
Our system texts a reminder 24 hours ahead.
The crew diamond grinds the whole slab and works through cracks, holes and stains so the base has sound concrete to grab.
Polyurea base goes down, flake is broadcast into it while wet, and the clear polyaspartic topcoat seals it in.
Walk on the floor after 12 hours, put heavy items back at 24, and park after 48. Your written warranty follows.
Straightforward pricing
The price of a garage floor coating is set by your slab, not a menu. Nick measures the floor, looks at its condition and gives you one written number at the visit, before any work is scheduled.
What moves the price is mostly square footage and condition. A one-car garage and a three-car garage with a workshop bay are different jobs, and so are a clean slab and one with deep oil stains or spalled patches. There is no hourly billing.
Your space can work better
Nick will bring flake samples to your garage and write you a quote you can sit with. No pressure, no hard sell.

A garage floor coating takes one day to install, and you can park on it after 48 hours. You can walk on it after 12 hours and move heavy items back after 24. Larger garages or floors with an old coating to remove can take longer, and Nick will tell you at the quote.
Garage floor coating in Dallas is priced per job after Nick sees the floor, and the quote is free. Square footage and slab condition are the two biggest factors. Grinding, crack work, all three layers, cleanup and the written warranty are included.
Look for stains that won't scrub out, spreading hairline cracks, gray dust on your shoes, or old paint or epoxy lifting where the tires sit. If the slab is sound but plain, a coating is an upgrade, not a fix.
The installation itself is same-day: the floor is ground, coated and cleaned up in one visit. The quote visit comes first, then an install date. If you have a move-in date or a party on the calendar, tell us when you call.
Yes. Hot tire pickup is mostly a bonding problem on coatings rolled over unground concrete. We diamond grind first, and the polyaspartic topcoat resists heat from tires.
Usually, yes, after the old coating comes off. A peeling epoxy or painted floor gets ground down to sound concrete first. Nick will check the old coating at your quote.
Residential garage floor coatings carry a 15-year written warranty. You get it on paper, not as a verbal promise, from a company that has been in Garland since 2018.
Yes. The polyurea base flexes with the slab, and the topcoat resists chemical spills and impact. Oil and sawdust sweep or wipe off instead of soaking into bare concrete.
