Only about 18 percent of Addison households own their home, and much of the town's housing is apartments, including most of Addison Circle and Vitruvian Park. The owner-occupied houses and townhomes are in a handful of places: Midway Meadows, Addison Place, Addison Town Center and Les Lacs Garden Homes, north of Proton Drive. If you rent, the property owner has to approve a coating.
A Midway Meadows home from 1980, an Addison Place townhome from 1982 and an Addison Town Center house from 1994 give a fair picture of the owner stock. Those garage slabs are 30 to 45 years old: past new, but rarely as worn as a 1950s floor. Grinding, crack prep and oil stain work are the usual steps before the base coat.
Addison Place has its own HOA, with covenants on file since 1982, while sampled Midway Meadows and Addison Town Center listings report no HOA. When an HOA reviews visible exterior changes, we can supply the product and color details its application asks for. Garage interiors are usually out of view, but a coated front entry or porch may not be.
Addison Airport opened in October 1957 as a business-aviation field and runs a hangar rental program; the town also counts close to 200 restaurants. Commercial floors like these are quoted on traffic, chemicals and how long the space can close. We do not name a system until we have seen the floor.
