General liability coverage on commercial work.
Our own payroll crews, never strangers on your site.
We start with what the floor carries, then choose the system.

Systems we install
Epoxy covers most commercial floors, but not all of them. The site walk is where we work out which system your floor needs, from a heavier-duty epoxy topcoat to waterproofing for decks and parking structures.
The complete system
Each industry puts a different load on a floor: hot tires in a service bay, washdowns in a kennel, forklifts in a warehouse, rolling carts in a school hallway. Pick yours to see what we recommend.
Service bays take hot tires, floor jacks, dropped tools, oil and brake fluid every day, and still have to clean up at closing.
Explore auto shopsForklift lanes, racking footprints and loading docks wear a floor in predictable paths.
Explore warehousesRuns and exam rooms are hosed and disinfected daily, so the floor needs a sealed surface that cleans fast.
Explore dog kennels and veterinaryLarge open slabs carry aircraft tires, tugs and fuel or hydraulic spills, and a bright floor makes dropped hardware easy to spot.
Explore aviation hangarsHallways, cafeterias, locker rooms and shop classrooms take thousands of footsteps a day, and work is usually limited to breaks.
Explore schoolsCustomers judge the floor out front, while the kitchen floor has to handle grease, hot water and constant mopping.
Explore retail and restaurantsWhy trust DFW Classic
We walk the site and ask how the floor is used before quoting, so the scope covers the prep and system your building needs.
Install dates and reopening times are set around your operations, so the parts of the building that must keep running can.
We start from what your floor carries, whether forklifts, washdowns or aircraft tires, and then choose the system.
A $1 million general liability policy and our own payroll crews. Nobody on your floor that you didn't agree to.

That depends on what the floor carries. Most warehouses, shops and offices get epoxy with a heavier-duty topcoat. We recommend the system after the site walk.
We plan which areas close and when at the site walk, so the people and equipment that need the floor can keep working around the job.
Commercial floor coatings are quoted per project after a free site walk. The system, square footage, slab condition, repairs and scheduling set the price, with no hourly billing.
Yes. We install waterproof deck coatings for balconies, rooftop decks and parking structures, keeping water out of the concrete and extending the life of the slab.
A small office or retail space can be a one-day job, while a warehouse or hangar runs for several days and is usually done in sections. The written scope shows when each area closes and reopens.
Commercial terms are written into the scope before work begins, and the same Garland office that installed the floor handles questions later.
