The workshop out back, the barndominium floor, the sunroom, the front porch: the concrete beyond the garage deserves a finished floor too.

Beyond the garage
Most homes have more bare concrete than the garage: the shop out back, the barndominium floor, a sunroom over an old patio slab, the porch and the walk to the door. Each stains, dusts and cracks the same way a garage floor does. Stains set deeper the longer they sit, and peeling porch paint only gets harder to strip.
The complete system
Concrete floor coatings cover residential slabs that aren't a garage or backyard patio. Each one gets a system matched to how it is used, installed by the same in-house crews who coat our garage floors.
Working shop floors need a finish selected around oil, solvents, dropped tools and rolling jacks.
We have coated converted sunroom floors so the room reads as part of the house instead of an old patio.
We coat porches, entries and walkways. We don't coat driveways, because a coated surface open to rain and traffic is a slip risk.
Every slab is ground, and cracks and holes are repaired. Smaller jobs, like a porch or entry, usually take a day.
If a shop floor or porch ever looks wrong, the same Garland office that quoted it will send someone out.
Our customers
“The installers came on time and did an amazing job. They installed epoxy on a recently converted sunroom floor and it looks great! Highly recommended.”
Alec W.
“We just had Nick and team stain and finish our single car garage floor, outside front entry and sidewalk.”

Why trust DFW Classic
Chemical-resistant, slip-resistant systems built for jacks, wrenches and solvent spills.
Color and finish are matched to brick, stone and trim.
Shop, porch and garage on one property can share a single quote.
We don't coat driveways, and we say so on the first call.
A sunroom or converted space is finished as part of the house and planned around nearby rooms.
Fast and easy
Nick looks at each slab, measures it and asks how it is used.
He recommends a coating for each surface, shows samples and writes one quote.
The crew grinds each slab and repairs cracks and holes.
Each surface gets its own system, with cleanup as each area is finished.
Straightforward pricing
Concrete floor coatings are priced after Nick sees the slabs, and the visit is free. A porch, a barndominium shop and a sunroom are very different jobs.
Total square footage, slab condition and the system chosen for each surface are the main factors. Several areas on one visit are quoted together. No hourly billing, and driveways are not quoted.
Your space can work better
Book one free visit, and Nick will look at the shop, the porch and anything else you have in mind.

A porch, entry or small shop usually takes one day; larger shops and multi-slab jobs take longer. Nick sets out the schedule for each area at the quote.
They are priced after a free visit. Square footage, slab condition and the system for each surface set the price, and nothing is scheduled until you approve it.
A shop floor soaking up oil, concrete dust on tools, or a stained, cracked or peeling porch are signs. A sound slab can also be coated as an upgrade.
Concrete coating is booked in advance. Nick visits first, and a single porch or entry is usually a one-day job once scheduled.
Yes. We have coated converted sunroom floors, choosing a finish that suits a living space rather than a garage.
