Where Hebron-Named Commercial Floors Really Sit
No commercial floor of its own is left inside the Town of Hebron. The town, incorporated in 1961, counted about 803 residents in the 2020 Census, and most homes marketed under its name actually sit in Carrollton, Lewisville or Plano. The one business recorded inside its limits was Air ParkDallas, a private airstrip built in 1965. Hebron disannexed the airport in November 2007, and Carrollton annexed the airport's commercially zoned north end in February 2008.
Suites that carry the name are a different case. An office village at 3032 Hebron Pkwy had a 5,043-square-foot interior remodel in 2022, and a suite at 1016 E Hebron Pkwy received a 2,084-squarefoot interior finish, floors included, in 2020. State records list both as Carrollton, Denton County. That is why a Hebron Parkway business gets matched by street and parcel, and why its floor is handled through our Carrollton commercial page.
The Hebron area lies in Denton County, well west of our Garland shop, and the drive has not been timed yet. For a suite of 2,000 to 5,000 square feet, travel is a real share of the job, which is one more reason to route these requests to the page that covers them.
