North Richland Hills Epoxy Flooring for Conditioned Suites
Some of the industrial floor in North Richland Hills is 1980s masonry, and the building at 6420- 6428 Wuliger Way is a clear example. It dates from 1982 and covers 48,000 square feet. One suite runs 15,046 square feet with 100 percent HVAC, 18-foot clear height, about 2,000 square feet of mezzanine, 4,000 of office, heavy power, a dock-high door and an oversized ramped one. A smaller suite of 4,812 square feet has 22-foot clear and a 736 square foot mezzanine. The newer end of the city's industrial stock, like a 2026 building on Browning Ct with a reinforced slab, is a different conversation.
Two features of those suites change the epoxy work. Full air conditioning keeps the floor at a steadier temperature than a bare warehouse, which gives the epoxy a more even cure. The mezzanine adds columns and base plates standing on the slab, and the coating has to be cut in tight around each one, with the floor beneath the deck treated as part of the job.
NRH City Hall reads roughly 41 minutes west of Garland on an empty late-night freeway, and more by day. Take the office out of that 15,046 square foot suite and roughly 11,000 square feet of warehouse floor remains, a sizable job worth the drive. Footage is only half the measure here: each column adds hand-work time, and the quote counts them.
