Porch and Outbuilding Concrete Coatings for Keller Tracts
On paper, Keller housing splits two ways. Amenity subdivisions such as Marshall Ridge, with three community pools and a waterslide, and gated Hidden Lakes carry associations. Listings in Harper Add, Windsor Forest Estates and Bursey Ranch say there is no HOA, and those tracts tend to run larger: the Windsor Forest Estates home, built in 1987, sits on about an acre. Their porches, entries and small outbuildings are the slabs this page covers. At close to 40 years old, those slabs can show cracks, wear and old patching.
A 1983 Sunrise Estates listing shows how many slabs one lot can hold: a covered patio and porch on a partially wooded 0.45-acre lot, plus a detached two-car garage behind a gated entrance. The porch and entry belong here; the detached garage has its own page.
Where a listing says no HOA, there is usually nobody to send a color sample to, so the choice runs from Nick's samples on your porch straight onto the written quote. We do not state the rules for any Keller street. If a deed restriction or an amenity association reviews visible changes on your lot, ask, and we will hand you the product sheet and flake color name.
Late on a weeknight, the run from Garland to Keller Town Hall on Bear Creek Parkway took about 45 minutes; daytime I-635 is slower. A porch alone is a small job for that drive, so we price everything you want done in one visit.
