Hunters Landing and Murphy Farms date to 2003, Windy Hill Farms to 2004, and Maxwell Creek North kept adding phases from 2002 into the 2010s. Concrete that age is usually sound. The work on it is opening the surface with a grinder so the polyurea grips, then spot-treating tire marks and drips, rather than rebuilding a worn-out floor.
