Garage Floor Coatings on Parker's New Custom-Builder Slabs
Parker is still filling in. One Whitestone Estates house finished in 2025 lists a four-car garage measuring 32 by 42 feet. Reserve at Southridge sells 1.25-acre homesites where the buyer brings the builder of their choice, and Southfork Ranch has an approved plan for 89 two-acre estate lots that has not been built. A Parker garage floor, then, is often a brand-new slab poured by a custom builder rather than a worn one.
A new slab changes when the work can start more than how it is done. The coating has to wait until the builder has finished and the concrete has cured, so Nick's first question is when the house was completed, and the install date is set from that answer. If your builder is still on site, tell us, and Nick works out the timing with you.
Size is the other Parker variable. That 32 by 42 foot Whitestone Estates garage works out to about 1,344 square feet, several times the floor of a standard two-car garage, and it sets the material order and the length of the install. Parker City Hall lies 12.9 miles from our Garland shop, about a 30-minute drive in the evening rush.
Acre lots bring long drives, and one Southridge Estates listing adds a porte-cochere. Both are driveway concrete, which Classic does not coat, so Nick marks where the garage slab ends at the walkthrough and the quote covers the garage alone.
