Corinth Garage Floor Coatings for the Bay Without a Car
In a Corinth three-car garage, the third bay is often doing a job other than parking. One 2005 home in Lake Sharon Estates is listed with its third-car garage as space for extra parking, storage, or a workshop or hobby area. A 1999 house in the Woods at Oakmont has a 20 by 28 three-car garage, and a 2012 home in Provence pairs its three-car garage with an expanded driveway.
That gear has to move before grinding starts. Our coating covers the whole slab, wall to wall, so a bench, shelving or stacked boxes in bay three come out along with the cars. The estimate spells out who moves what and where it waits through install and cure.
The third bay also changes the size of the job. A 20 by 28 floor is about 560 square feet; the 1986 two-car in Oakmont Estates 2, at 20 by 20, is about 400. One extra bay adds roughly 40 percent to the footage, and the quote rises with it. From Garland, the quiet-hour run to City Hall on Corinth Parkway takes about 37 minutes; daytime traffic adds to it.
Slab age matters at either end of the range. Oakmont Estates 2 goes back to 1986, and older concrete can need more crack work. At the other end, Meritage opened Ashford Park in 2021, and concrete poured that recently must finish curing before it takes a coating.
